My Story

I began my professional journey with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and spent several years working as a neuropsychologist in a rehabilitation center. While I found this work meaningful, I felt a strong pull toward an early dream of mine—audio engineering. That dream led me to Australia, where I completed a degree in Recording Arts and worked as a freelance engineer for various companies.
When I returned to Europe with a young family, I faced the challenge of finding my next path. On paper, psychology and audio engineering didn’t look like the most obvious combination. But life has a way of connecting the dots in unexpected ways.
I started a new chapter as a Project Manager in Marketing Communications at a leading medical device company. There, I had the good fortune of working with a leader who became my mentor—and who helped shape my approach to leadership for years to come.
As I continued to grow, I completed a Master’s in Marketing and Business Administration and took on increasing leadership responsibilities across different functions. Through these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of what it truly means to lead—not just in terms of strategy or results, but in how we support and develop the people who rely on us.
For me, leadership is a great responsibility. It’s about creating an environment of trust and psychological safety. It’s knowing when to step up, and when to step aside—so others can step forward. I believe that we grow most when we help others grow. And that’s the mindset I bring to my coaching practice today.
